Opening a file

Passwords on PDFs are added to keep the information of the files safe from any unwanted access, and we do not have them stored in our database.

If you do not have the password of a file, I fear we cannot do anything about it, and I would request you to reach out to the creator of the file to get the password or a fresh copy without it.
