On trying to open a pdf link it reverts to my cloud (WD) and does not open. How do I reset so adobe opens the pdf?

For example, which cloud service are you exactly referring to? Is your cloud service even enabled and configured in your Adobe Acrobat mobile app?

Also, when you say you're trying to open a PDF link where are you viewing this link from ? through a web broser?
