The document you are trying to load requires Adobe Reader 8 or higher. You may not have the
Adobe Reader installed or your viewing environment may not be properly configured to use
Adobe Reader.
For information on how to install Adobe Reader and configure your viewing environment please
see http://www.adobe.com/go/pdf_forms_configure.

PLease give me advice so i can get this sorted as soon as possible

kind regards

Hi @Neil282964107n9y,

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader.

Would you mind clarifying whether you are using a Chromebook with Chrome OS or a Windows device?

If a Chromebook, most government organizations create PDFs using LiveCycle Design, whose architecture is not supported on the mobile version of the application.

Have you checked using the online tools to see if the file opens: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/

Let us know if this works.
