Opening pdf from unemployment

Acrobat Reader for Mobile does not support XFA forms which are created by Lifecycle designer. You need to open it on a PC (Windows/Mac) with Acrobat Reader DC. Download Acrobat Reader DC for desktop here: https://get.adobe.com/reader/ , then download the form and open it in Acrobat Reader DC.
