Page Rotation and adjustment

Question

I have Acrobat for Samsung on my smartphone. I'm in my 7-day trial of Premium. I want to be able to rotate pages and save them that way.

The next question is can I rotate less than 90°? I scanned in some sheets which printed skewed. I'd like to be able to rotate the affected pages just enough to straighten them out. If I can't do this in Abobe, I'm open to suggestions for apps that can.

I hope you're doing good.

As per my understanding, you want to rotate pages of the PDF.

To know how to rotate pages on Acrobat Reader mobile, kindly refer to this article: -

Also, you can rotate the pages only 90°, not less than that.
