  • En la app informaba una suscripción de 7 días sin cargo, al aceptarla me cobraron la suscripción mensual 
  • Quiero cancelar la suscripción y que me reembolsen el dinero

The 7-day free trial is only available when you opt-in for the annual subscription, which is why you were charged for the monthly pack.

 

Since Acrobat Premium is a mobile-based subscription, I suggest you contact your store from where you purchased the subscription.
