Paid for adobe premium but not able to use premium features.

I with email ID- EMAIL REMOVED FROM THIS PUBLIC FORUM

purchased adobe premium subscription worth Rs. 2599/- from apple iphone 15 plus, but each time i open the app it shows me as a free user.

No use of purchasing the premium subscriptions if you cannot use the features even after payments.

 

Payment screenshots and email also attached.

 

please help.

Hi there,

 

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

 

I have checked the Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid subscription for Acrobat premium.

 

Please try to restore the purchase from the Acrobat Mobile app. Tap on the Profile icon > Go to Subscriptions > Restore Purchase and reboot the app and see if that works.

 

Also make sure that the email used to login to the Apple App Store to purchase the subscription is same as your Adobe ID (Email used to login to Adobe)
