I paid for subscription but still can't edit pdf files

I'm having this same issue. I click the button to edit and nothing happens, no keyboard comes up no edit box or anything.

Would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow you are following for us to investigate better?

Also, please share the below information:

1. The application version of Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. The operating system you are using and its version;

Yes please. have a look at the attachment file. I paid for the subscription yesterday, and still can’t use edit options

Since I could not look for any active subscription with the email address registered on the community, I would need more details other than the screenshot you have shared:

1. The email address that you used to purchase the subscription;

2. A receipt or the Welcome email from Apple with the order number.
