Paid for subscription and it doesn’t work at all it did before on iPhone pro

I paid for the subscription after the trial because the service worked properly on my iPhone 15 Pro during the trial period. However, only a few days after being charged, it stopped working completely. This is extremely misleading.

I will be filing formal complaints with the Better Business Bureau and other consumer protection agencies regarding these business practices.

    I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community and unable to track any active/paid plan. If you have used a different email to purchase the plan, please logout of the application > reboot the device and relogin with the correct Adobe ID/Email and check if that works.
