Paid for subscription but not able to access feature

Could not access feature i paid for 

I paid for susbscription for adobe about 4hours ago and has not been able to access the features i need for my work. Thought i would have immediate access. This is so disappionting!

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

 

I checked using the email address you signed in to the community and could not find an active subscription.

Can you just check with the email address on which you have an active subscription, log in to the application using the same email, and check if you can access the features there.

 

You may also try logging in to the online portal and checking if you are able to work with the tools there: https://acrobat.adobe.com/

i paid for suscription but not able to access creartive cloud,creative cloud is asking for change payment method

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for the trouble.

 

I checked your email address registered here in the community and cannot find an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

 

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

 

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

 

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (https://adobe.ly/3DLkvgx)

 

Also, you might want to check if you are logged in using Apple ID and not Google.
