Paid subscription but app is not activiating it

I paid for "Adobe Acrobat Reader for PDF" subscription for Android through Samsung Galaxy Store. However, my app still in free user mode. 

How can I activate premium features in my app?

I have checked your Adobe account and unable to track any active/paid plan. If you may have used a different Adobe ID/Email, kindly share it via private message so we can try to locate it and assist you further.

I only use [P.I removed by Moderator] through Samsung account

Hi there

 

Thanks for confirming that. Please try to restore the purchase and reboot the app and see if that works.

  1. Open the Acrobat mobile app
  2. Tap on profile > Subscription > Restore Purchases
  3. Reboot the app.
