**SOLVED** I Just had the same problem. Once you download the Adobe Acrobat PDF app make sure you are signed in with your login info for the paid account. When I signed in it allowed me to do everything. Hope this helps!

Hi Nadi,

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the trouble.

I checked your email address registered here in the community and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium.

Please let me know the error you get when trying to use Acrobat. A screenshot of the error would be great.

If the application is unable to identify the subscription, you may try a few steps below:

1. Logout from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Log in back to the device.

If these do not work, you may try restoring the subscription. Please refer to the link to learn how to restore the subscription: Subscription Services — Acrobat for Android Help (adobe.com)

Let me know if this help.

Thanks,

Souvik.

Hello everyone,

I have a premium subscription paid for the year. When I try to modify a pdf document "online" it takes me straight to pay for the AI assistant, which I'm not interested.

The first time the edit worked perfectly but today, nothing.

Can you please confirm that with the premium subscription I can actually edit PDF's? That's why I paid for it.

Thank you!

I also have the same issue. My subscription is going to be renewed on June 28, 2022 but the app won't let me edit. It kept asking me to subscribe. I am frustrated. I need it to do some work. I've tried everything possible: reboot my phone, restore purchase (it says error occurred), log out & log in, save my docs. Same thing happened, and nothing changed. Please help!

Hi @Amy23317566wdab

As you are signed in with apple ID, we cannot check your subscription status, We recommend you to double-check your subscription purchase confirmation and then sign in with only that email so the app can detect the right account.

Let us know if that helps.

Thanks,

Harsh

Hi @Richard23305696nua6

Thank you for posting your query here. Please help me with few details to understand your issue better.

  1. Do you have premium subscription? To check please refer : https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobat/ios/en/troubleshooting.html?highlight=about

Make sure your application is updated. Do save your work then try to sign out and sign in back. Reboot your device.

Note: Ensure you are connected to the internet.

Your subscription should automatically activate. If you have an issue, you can reactive or restore your purchase as follows:

  1. Tap Profile icon.
  2. Tap Subscriptions.
  3. Tap Restore purchases.

After a dialogue appears stating your purchase is restored, relaunch the app and try using your paid services.
