Pas suffisant sur l'application Adobe pour vérifier

Bonjour le problème sur l'application impossible d'avoir plus de paramètres pour voir si je suis pas infecté d'un virus

Car j'avais déjà ouvert des pièces jointes 

Je reçois tellement d'attaque j'ouvre plus rien mais impossible de vérifier.
