I try to look at  a file  says it  password  protected  ive never set this up how do I  disable it

If you received the file from someone else, you need to find out from them what the password is and enter it at the time you try to open the PDF file.

 

If you created the PDF file, you need to remember the password you applied to that file.

 

Otherwise, there is no way to open that PDF file. Neither the PDF file format nor Adobe have any secret back door to get around the password. Otherwise, password protection wouldn't be worth anything!

Just posting “password problem in document” means nothing? What problem are you encountering? If you are being prompted for a password, you must supply it. See me response above!  😉
