Password

Question

I'm trying to open a file bur it's asking me to enter a password but apparently the password I enter isn't the one. Is there a way to find or enter a new one?

Hi @Manksta,

Hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you have forgotten the password to a file.

Since files are end-to-end encrypted, we do not store any passwords we could share with you.

As much as I would love to help you here, I am afraid you might have to contact the PDF creator or the sender to get the password to open the file again.
