Can I open a pdf document when I do npt have the password.

Since passwords are added to documents to safeguard the privacy or sensitivity of the file, we do not store the passwords of the files.

Saying so, viewing a password-protected file without the password would be impossible.

I would suggest reaching out to the creator to get the password for the file.
