  • I keep being asked for a password.   I've never had to set one.   So what actually is the password

Hi Jocleevely

 

This may only happen if the file you are trying to open is having an 'open password' set up.

Would let us know what happens if you just only try to launching the app on the device? Help us with a screenshot that would be helpful. Would like to know more about this issue.
