Password from virus

Question

I think I downloaded a Trojan or a virus and now I need a password to open my PDF files and I never had a password made before and it just happened right after I downloaded it is there any way to reverse this or turn off the password when I don't know what the password is from the Trojan or do I need to master reset my phone and back everything up first

Is the issue you are referring toether it is with a particular PDF or with all of them?

If it is with a particular PDF, it could be that the creator of the PDF made it encrypted with a password, so the PDF asks for it from you.
