Hello, I cancelled my subscription. Who can stop charging my card? I am not paying for it.

    Hi @Blissful_hopee695 ,

Hope you are doing well, and thanks for reaching out. We are sorry for the trouble you are experiencing.

A few things that would help sort this out:

    • Did you get a confirmation email when you cancelled, and roughly when did you cancel?

    • Is this new charge showing up after that cancellation, or could it be the final charge for a billing period that was already in progress when you cancelled?

    • Do you have more than one Adobe account (different email addresses)? Sometimes a charge comes from a second account that people forget about.

    Also check

    1. Check your subscription status at https://adobe.ly/4zi3hzt under Plans; this shows whether the cancellation actually went through.

    2. A charge right after cancelling is often the last payment for your current billing period rather than a new one, access and billing usually run to the end of the period you already paid for. More on why this happens: Understand billing charges from Adobe.

    3. If you don't recognise the charge at all, use the charge finder tool to track down which account it's tied to.

    Hope this will help.
