Payment error

Question

I have been charged for Adobe reader 8,49€ and it's not letting use the app it says subscribe when i have already been charged.I can't restore the payment because it tells me there is no payment, but the money from the card has been deducted.

either give me my money back, or activate the subscription I need!

Adobe Acrobat Reader for Mobile is free. You can purchase the Premium version from either the App Store or Google Play, which unlocks additional features. You need to contact either the App Store or Google Play, since they collected your payments.
