I have paid the subscription amount twice but the purchase failed, please help

Would you mind letting us know what error you see when purchasing the subscription? Is it a network error, an error with the transaction, or a method issue? A possible screenshot covering any sensitive information would be of great help.

It was showing internal server error and it happened twice, so I need
refund as I cancelled it but amount deducted.

@Nehzz282202312ux9  I checked the account and cannot see any active subscription. So, any amount deducted will be refunded back to your account.
