My payment is good thru April 2,2023 so why is it trying to make me pay again when downloading app on my new phone

I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for the delayed response and your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Since you have an active subscription on your Adobe Account, would you mind trying the below steps:

1. Log out from Acrobat Reader Mobile;

2. Restart the device;

3. Sign in back using AppleID.

 

Also, you may try to restore your purchase from within the application. Please click the link to learn more: Manage subscriptions — Acrobat for iOS Help (adobe.com)
