payments deduction without product downloading

I just tried to download the trial, but not successful in downloading, but later a monthly payment has started to dedcut from my bank account every month, by now two payments have gone from my bank, starange how?

I have checked your Adobe account linked with the Adobe ID you are using on this community, and I am unable to find any active/paid plan. If you may have used a different Email ID for the purchase, please log out of the application and relogin with the correct Email ID and see if that works.
