Payroll PDF.

I can't see my payroll PDF. Tried this app and still can't. All I can do is save it to Google drive, then I can see it. Don't want to do that though. Am I doing something wrong? Help please

    Looking at the description, you seem to have been trying to view the PDF file, which isn't opening in-app. Is that correct?

    If you are opening a PDF file on the web, please ensure the PDF viewer plugin is installed. 

    With Acrobat Pro, you get the browser plugin that helps you to view the .pdf file on the web.

     

    Download the Acrobat Reader desktop app, its freeware, and then try to open your Payroll pdf after downloading/saving it locally on your system.

    Hi @scott316456602lys,

     

    Hope you are doing well. 

     

    Do you see any error messages when trying to open the file? Sharing a screenshot of the error would be better to understand the issue. 

     

    Also, checking if Acrobat is set as the default viewer for PDFs would be a great way to check.

     

    You may learn on how to do so: Set or clear default apps - Pixel Phone Help (google.com)
