    I hope you are doing well. Per the description, I understand that you want to use Acrobat on your PC too.

     

    I checked your account and saw an active subscription for Acrobat Premium. This is a mobile-based subscription and is applicable to use on mobile devices only. 

     

    That is the reason you are unable to use it on a PC. You can instead subscribe to Acrobat DC to avail the subscription on both mobile and PC.
