pdf 사본저장 오류

pdf 파일에 highlight를 하거나 text 를 입력한 후 사본을 저장하려고 하면 보류중 이라는 메시지가 나오고 사본저장이 안됩니다. 심지어 다른 이름으로 저장 메뉴도 없습니다. 그래서 매번 내가 하이라이트를 칠한 파일을 보존할 수 없습니다.

Hi there,

 Thank you for sharing the details. It seems like the save feature works fine on your Galaxy Tab but not on your Lenovo Tab. To fix this, make sure your Lenovo Tab is connected to a stable network, try switching between Wi-Fi and mobile data,You may also restart your device and check for any pending/missing updates from the Play Store (Android)and update your software. You also try to clear the app’s cache and see if that works.

I intialized my table PC (Lenobo)  and all the network, I finally solved proble. I found  that the "file edit and modification, save menu of adobe acrobat reader" was created in the tablet setting menu. 

I guess Adroid OS is not perfect to perform each app 100%-fully, so best way to fix such an unprovoked error is initialization of tablet. Thanks anyway your kind reaction.

    • Additionally, to check the version of the Adobe Acrobat app, please tap on the profile icon and select "About Adobe Acrobat" from the menu.

  2. Saving Location:

    • Are you attempting to save a copy of the PDF directly to your mobile device or to a cloud storage service (such as Adobe Document Cloud, Google Drive, etc.)? If it’s cloud storage, please specify which service you’re using.

  3. Steps to Reproduce:

    • If possible, a short video showing the exact steps you’re taking and when the issue occurs would be incredibly helpful for troubleshooting. This will give us a clearer understanding of the problem.

Once I have this information, I’ll be able to dig deeper and provide more specific guidance. Looking forward to your response!
