Could you please let me know what happens when you try to open the PDF file? If you receive an error message, kindly share a screenshot of it for better clarity.

Additionally, it would be very helpful if you could describe the steps or workflow you’re following to open the file. If possible, a short video recording showing the issue would be greatly appreciated.

Could you also provide the version of iOS on your device and the version of the Acrobat Reader mobile app you’re using? To find the app version, tap on the profile icon, go to "About Adobe Acrobat," and ensure it is updated from the App Store.
