There is absolutely nothing that we can do here to help you. If a password and encryption was applied to a PDF file, you need to get that password from whoever created the PDF file, plain and simple. Adobe doesn't have any secret back doors to let you access such PDF files. That is exactly what security is for, to keep content secure from others who don't have access via a password.
