Pdf content list option not appeare in my android tab a7

I used adobe reader in my android phone and the pdf content list option appeare this is cool option ,but when I move to my android tab a7 and install the same adobe reader app version the pdf content option that appeared befor bside comment List  now is not appeare in my android tab , pls can someone tell me why the pdf content not appeared in my android tab ?

The list of contents can be found in the drop-down menu by clicking on the three dots on the document's top right.
