.pdf conversion

I tried to consolidate several files into a single file. Instead, the adobe app has been converting the documents into .pdf format for over a month. I cannot delete. How do I stop.

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

The conversion process is, by design, a manual task, and the app should not automatically convert documents.

 

Have you checked if you are not opening other document files in Acrobat Reader? This will give you the option to convert the file to PDF.

 

If this is not the scenario, please share a screen recording of the workflow you are trying for our better understanding and assistance.

Hi same issue here for at least 4 months. Where can we send the video recording for help ?

Hi @o8ShadOow_o024LiFe,

 

Hope you are doing well. 

 

For the above scenario, if the files are not in PDF, Acrobat will first convert them to PDF to finish the merging process.

 

Please share the video recording with me for better understanding.
