i paid for monthly $14++ for adobe.. its premium why is it recently i cant convert pdf to word . Pls advice

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Do you see any errors when trying to convert files? I checked with the email address registered here in the community and could not locate any active subscription.

 

We'd suggest you try logging in to the web portal to check if you can use the tools here: https://acrobat.adobe.com/link/documents/.

 

If you can, please login with the same email on the application, and you will be able to utilize all the features.
