PDF documents and Ipad

I created several documents on Canva, and downloaded them as PDF. I find that when I am using my apple pencil to write on these documents on the iPad it skips, or abruptly closes my document. Can anyone tell me what I can do to stop this?

Are you using the Acrobat Reader app on your iPad? If you are still experiencing the issue would you send us the video recording of the issue?
