Question

pdf dropdown not working on tablet/smartphones

I have created a pdf filler form with multiple dropdown items. Everything works fine within a windows environment, but seems to hang up when using on a tablet or smartphone.  There is also javascript built in to export the data on the filler form to a csv file, but that is executed on a button event so I dont think anything in the javascript is causing the issue there. Are these options not functional on smart devices? Any help or ideas would be extremely helpful and appreciated.

Hi @Mike35021292lj4d,

Hope you are doing well. Thank you for writing in!

Basic action button functionalities should work with the mobile version of Acrobat Reader.

Would you mind sharing a few pieces of information for further investigation:

1. The app version of Acrobat Reader Mobile you use (go to Profile-> About Acrobat);

2. The Android version of your device;

3. A screen recording of what you see when trying to use the drop-down menus;

4. The same file via Private Message to test the issue in-house.

Look forward to hearing from you.
