That message usually appears when the Play Store or app environment isn’t able to verify or load the editing components correctly. A few steps you can try:

1. Clear Play Store cache/data:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Google Play Store > Storage
• Tap Clear Cache (and if needed, Clear Data)

2. Clear Acrobat cache:

• Go to Settings > Apps > Adobe Acrobat > Storage
• Tap Clear Cache (do not clear data unless needed)

3. Check app version & updates:

• Open Play Store, search for Adobe Acrobat, and ensure it’s updated.

4. Check subscription status:

• Editing requires an active subscription. Make sure you're signed into the correct account that has access.

5. Restart your device:

• Simple but often effective after clearing cache.
