Pdf edit missing option

I dont get same option when i use app on my iphone and ipad on ipad i dont get option to Fill & Sing need it when  i am editing PdF file many things are missing not possible to finnish files ??? anyone help

    Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with editing PDFs on Reader Mobile.

     

    The features on iPhone and iPad are similar, with a few icon alignments changed to accommodate the screen size.

     

    Have you tried using the three dots on the top-right to see the tools you use? This should show you the complete list of tools to work with.
