can you explain me way I've been charged twice for Adobe?

I realy don't understand...

 

 Definitely, this is not ok.

I'm looking forward for a quickly answer from Adobe.

Are you trying to access files from a network drive? The error could occur when access to a specific path or file has been revoked. If not, please share the file with me over a private message (click on my profile name-> click the blue button saying "Send a message") to reproduce the issue for further investigation.
