Any way to edit PDF's with an android tablet? Or a date to add the functionality?

I would like to have one device at work, but some functions only work on a computer desktop (Pdf editor) and others (real time signing with clients electronically but in person) work only on the app.

Security digital signatures and esignatures
PDF forms
Edit and convert PDFs
