I have encountered the same problem trying to access files from both iPhone and iPad, however have been able to access them using a laptop running windows 8.  Not sure if it a compatibility issue with iOS or mobile devices.

What happens when you open the file?

Hi Betreff.
The file actually doesn’t do anything. We are supposed to click on the number file ( which,by the way, is an email sent to our account).
There are instructions to install Adobe reader if you don’t have, which I did. But still nothing happens.
Thank you for trying to help.
