PDF files attachment do not open on galaxy phone.

No puedo abrir los archivos adjuntos a mi correo desde mi teléfono Galaxy 8+. Esto sucede desde hace 1 semana. El correo sólo me da la opción DESCARGAR, y al hacerlo se queda en curso son DESCARGAR nada.

Hi Lilianc,

As you have mentioned above, you are not able to open the PDF attachment received in the email on your mobile device.

You said that you are not able to download the attachment from the email. In that case, it does not seems to be an Adobe issue.

Would you mind trying to open the email attachment on the desktop? Check if you can open the attachment without any issues.

Also, let us know if the issue occurs only with particular files or with all the attachment that you receive on the email.
