PDF files not opening

Question

When I try to open up PDF files From websites, it tells me that my reader is out of date and when I go click the get current version, it brings me to my app which is 100% current and not out of date. I'm using an iPad 10th generation and an iPhone 15 Pro all up-to-date also .

Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out.

Is this an issue with all the PDFs or some PDF files that you try to open from web? Please try with different PDF files and check.

What happens when you try to open the PDF file? Please share the screenshot of the error message or a small video recording of the steps and the issue occurring for more clarity.

Also try to download the PDF file to your device locally and then try to open it and check.
