Hi, megr16512970

Can you say where these forms are stored? Are they in the "Local" location in Acrobat Reader, or stored on a cloud such as Document Cloud or Dropbox?

Thanks,

Same issue for me.  This is how we are doing it at my company...

Fillable form "template" is uploaded as a document in office 365 shared document;

user edits some info and uploads to O356 OneDrive;

2nd user opens pdf from OneDrive app on ipad;

2nd user then "open in another app" to adobe reader for ipad;

-this is where they used to have no problem using dropdown boxes/ adding info into text fields then sending a flattened copy via email.

Worked great until about a week ago.  Now, when the pdf is opened in adobe reader, cannot interract with the form or even use share function to email it.
