PDF form is Read Only in Adove Reader (iPAD and IPhone)

Question

Hello,We are using a Power Apps application that the user can download a pdf form and then will be able to fill it and sign it from iPAD or iPhone and then upload the document again. Recently the document is read only. The same document can be opened from the desktop using Adobe Reader and can be filled normally and signed. The issue poped up recently and it is at least noticed with more than 4 users now. The document is password protected and allows signing, filling form and even content editing. Appreciate your assistance and if there are any updates/configuration that might affect the usage or can be updated so the users can resume their work. Thanks!

Currently, there is no feature to make them editable in the mobile Acrobat app. However, you can remove protection from the Acrobat DC desktop app as it is password protected.
