PDF from one drive won’t open on iPad anymore

I've opened PDF files on iPad routinely for many years. I've given Acrobat reader access to my one drive files to try to overcome this 2 day old problem but, I still get message like "unknown error prevents opening file."  I would appreciate any help. Thanks

Hope you are doing well. Sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

Is the OneDrive account you are trying to connect, is it a business account or a personal account?

If you have a Business account, you may want to check the permissions to connect with Acrobat. If a personal account, I suggest unlinking the account and then re-link it to Acrobat Reader Mobile.

 

To unlink the account, go to Files-> Edit-> click on the red sign to unlink OneDrive. Once done, restart the device and then try to link it again.
