Also, did you try the More selection? I don't use Mail but it works for me in GMail.

Can you send it once the PDF is open in the mail app, as in Safari?

Which mail app is it? The list is made by the app. Some app (like Safari) don’t show Acrobat Reader. In Safari you have to view the PDF then send it.

We are using the generic mail application inside the Ipad.

ok ok ok maybe the informations provide by Apple support are in correct, but still it does not explain why adobe reader doesn't appear inside the activity list in order to open the pdf inside the mail.

No, iBook is a self contained Apple feature and no way involves the Adobe Reader application. Apple gave you wrong info about that.

No idea what you mean by “iBook/pdf reader missing from activity list”. afobe’s App is never called “PDF reader”. iBooks have nothing to do with Adobe. What app shows this “activity list”?

How to modify activities list in safari o… - Apple Community
ibook is a apple feature using the adobe reader application, but even adobe reader does not appear in the list

Already tried the trick without any success.

So, are you using an Adobe app? Do you send your PDF to the Acrobat Reader app? Even then most interactive things do not work in iOS at all. View it on Windows or Mac.

Unfortunately i have to be against your saying.
I did some test on some ipad of our fleet.

the adobe app seems working properly on some ipads and other no.

the ibook/pdf reader is missing in activities list and with other no.

Btw when the pdf reader appears in the activities list, the pdf interactive feature work properly.
