PDF iPad app compatible with fillable form with buttons and javascript

I am trying to find a good app for iPads that would work well for my fillable form. The form contains text boxes and buttons for clearing the form, emailing the form, and also adding and deleting pages from the form.

What PDF app would work best to support all of the features & javascript I have in my fillable form?

Hi,

As Try67 has mentioned, there sadly isn't any option currently in any app - I've asked Readdle (for Fluix & PDF Expert) in the past about supporting such functions, but sadly until enough demand is perceived - they likely won't be adding this/these as supported feature(s). Might be worth messaging them (Readdle) as once there is a demand, they might create support for such features?.

If it helps, and if using Fluix (PDF Expert?) - Readdle have a full list of supported JavaScripts on their website;

No app I'm aware of supports Templates, currently.

Here is the document that I need to work on an iPad. Sepecifically the "Add page" button won't work on any app I have tried. If anyone has a recommendation on a different pdf app, it would be much aprpeciated.

So far I have tried PDF Element, Adobe Fill & Sign, PDF Max Pro, and PDF Expert by Readdle.
