PDF links do not work on the Adobe PDF viewer - Acrobat Reader

I am having this issue and it is with "Go to a page view" on smartphones. It will open with DropBox Viewer but not Adobe PDF Viewer.

Sorry for the delay in response.

As per your statement above, it seems that the links to you created in PDF using the desktop application does not work on mobile device.

If that is correct, would you mind sharing the sample PDF with us? We would like to check it on our end.

Let us know the application and OS version on the mobile device.

Did you check if the issue occurs with a particular PDF or with others as well? Just need to confirm if it is not a file specific issue.

Let us know if the issue is already resolved.
