Pdf not open and file show encrypted

When we have open pdf file in mobile than file show encrypted.

Would you mind briefing us more about the issue you experienced? A screenshot of the error would be great to investigate.

Also, is the file you refer to password protected? If yes, are you typing the correct password to view the file?
