PDF not opening

I have gone through the other post regarding the same problem but it still doesn't solve it. I get my work in adobe reader PDF format through email on my iPad. whenever I click "open with adobe reader", it opens that app but not the document, the document shows a blank page in the app. 

My work is severely suffering, i hope you can revert back to me asap. I wouldn't mind purchasing the subscriptions if it solves the issue
