.pdf not opening on Android

Hi there!

 

I have Acrobat for Samsung installed on my Galaxy S22, but every time I try to open a pdf my device says I don't have an app that can open this filetype, so I should visit the play store. I can open the pdf from within the app, but then I have to find it again after I have downloaded it. Any ideas?

    I hope you are doing well. I am sorry for your experience with Acrobat Reader Mobile.

     

    Is the issue you refer to with a particular file or all the files? 

    Also, would you mind sharing a screen recording of the workflow you are using and a sample file for us to test?
