pdf on samsung S8 from indd.adobe.com

Hi, I recently started publishing online directly form indesign.

I openend the email with the shared publication from my Samsung S8.

It opens fine and I see on the bottom the menu bar with the arrow to move forward.

But after I pinch to zoom and go back to the normal view, the bar is missing .

I tried tapping once..twice..many times but the bar does not come back.

Can anyone help and tell me what am I doing wrong?

Hope you are doing well.

As per the issue description that you can't see a bar to move forward. Could you provide us with a few more details to understand the issue better?

1. Did you check with any other PDF too?

2. If possible, could you share a screenshot or a video of the issue?

Kindly check if the application is updated to the latest version.

Hi Harsh,

I was in a chat with Adobe support yesterday and they said that it is a bug of chrome on adroid mobile. So they cannot do anything.

I research this a little more and found out that this problem has been reported to Adobe a few years back already, but from what I could find out, it still has not been resolved.

I produce a daily pdf that I send to my readers, who most dont know anything about Indesign or ADOBE. The only thing they are interested in is being able to read their pdf.

So this IS A PROBLEM for ADOBE too! If my readers cannot open the pdf, they will leave.

I believe ADOBE should talk to the Chrome Team at Google to try to solve this once and for all.
